Here's an update on what's happening with unemployment and federal extended unemployments for next year. There's also information on holiday week hiring and what job seekers can do during a slow week for job searching.

Holiday Week Hiring
Hiring doesn't ususally happen in a timely matter during the holidays. Many companies slow down for the holiday season, with some employees on vacation this entire week and offices closed for at least some extra days, especially with the holidays falling on weekends.

Resume and Cover Letter Examples
Here are resume and cover letter examples for a variety of types of jobs. In addition, there are lists of resume examples and cover letter examples based on type of job seeker, type of resume, career field and occupation, as well as general resume and cover letter samples.
